If this is your first time receiving Reflexology from me, please choose this option. Just like regular foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology improves circulation, releases tension and helps the body to balance itself naturally and without side effects but it takes things to the next level. If you are looking for a deeply relaxing, almost meditative treatment, then you may want to try Hot Stone Reflexology. Your body will enter a Parasympathetic state much quicker than regular Reflexology so your body will start to heal itself much quicker and your entire body will feel relaxed and soothed. This treatment is NOT recommended for anyone with blood clots, are prone to blood clots, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgery or at any time during pregnancy. *****PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WEAR SOMETHING THAT CAN BE PULLED UP TO YOUR KNEES.*****
