What type of payments do you take?

I have the SQUARE so I can take Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay.  Plus it is contact free.  Of course cash is always accepted.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

24 hours notice is appreciated if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of your booking. If you need to cancel an appointment, kindly do so as soon as possible.

If you're cancelling via text, email, or voicemail, I will acknowledge your message. If you do not receive a response from me, it means I have not received your message and will consider you a "No Show."​​

Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant?

 

Absolutely.  Depending on where you are in your pregnancy, the pressure over the reproductive reflex points will vary but Reflexology Therapy is very relaxing for pregnant women.  It can also help with constipation, sleeplessness, back pain and studies have shown that it can help ease labour pains.

Hot Stone Reflexology is not recommended for any point in pregnancy and it is best to wait until you are in at least the 2nd trimester for Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology.

Does Reflexology hurt?

 

Reflexology does not have to hurt to help but most people do have some tender spots.  If you are feeling discomfort, never be afraid to let your therapist know to ease off on the pressure.

Should I arrive early for my appointment?

 

I have extra time built into my appointments for filling out paperwork, so there is no need to arrive too early.  Normally 5 minutes early or on time is perfect.

How many treatments will I need?

Everyone's health issues are unique, so that is hard to answer.  At the end of your treatment, we will discuss your particular needs and come up with a plan for you.
