Reflexology has many health benefits.  It is not only very relaxing, but it can help your body to heal itself.  These are just a few of the benefits of regular Reflexology treatments;

  • Stress relief

  • Pain relief

  • Anxiety

  • Headaches/Migraines

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Knee and leg pain

  • Improved sleep

  • Women's health IE:  Menopause, Menstrual difficulties, pregnancy

  • Digestive issues

  • Men's health

  • Lymphatic health

  • Respiratory issues

  • Immune system support

Hot Stone Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology takes your treatment to the next level.  It is deeply relaxing, almost meditative and has the same benefits as regular Reflexology but by adding hot stones you also get;

  • the soothing effects of the heat

  •  helps to increase metabolism

  • stimulates elimination of toxins.

Also, one pass with the hot stone is like 10 passes with the thumb.

With Hot Stone Reflexology you also receive leg massage (from the knee down) with the stones so please wear something comfortable that can be pulled up to your knees.

Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology

Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology can be done on its own or add it to a regular Reflexology treatment.  It is a very soft touch treatment but it will drain the lymph from the toes to the head, plus it is very relaxing.

Our lymphatic system is designed to rid the body of waste through respiratory movement and muscle contractions.  We can get a build up in our lymph system when we are over exposed to toxins or illness.  Our lymphatic system is one of the most overloaded and affected systems in our bodies.  When we can't move lymph on our own through breathing or exercising, we sometimes need help through massage or Reflexology.

If you suffer from the following, you probably would benefit from Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology;

  • Migraines

  • Fatigue

  • Insomnia

  • Stress

  • Attention Deficit Syndrome (esp. in children)

  • Allergies

  • Circulatory problems

  • Chronic and acute infections IE:  sinus, colds, tonsils, throat

  • Weak immune system

  • Lymphatic congestion

  • PMS

  • Sleep disorders

  • Frequent UTI's

You should NOT receive Lymphatic Drainage if you have the following;

  • Blood clots

  • Chronic high blood pressure

  • Influenza

  • Acute hepatitis

  • Acute tonsillitis

  • Vasculitis, angiitis (inflammation in blood or lymph vessels)

  • If you are in the 1st trimester of pregnancy

Dien Chan Facial Reflexology

Dien Chan originated in Vietnam, spread throughout Europe and is now making it's way to North America.  This method originates from acupuncture but instead of using needles, special tools are used and the skin is not punctured.

I feel privileged and excited to be offering this magical treatment in Saskatoon.  It is a full body treatment, so if you have aches and pains we can address it immediately by working on the part of the body that has the pain and then we finish the treatment with work on the face using special tools to treat the zones and BQC points.

There are so many health issues and skin issues that we can address, the following are just a few;

  • body aches and pains

  • exhaustion

  • menopause

  • tone and lift the skin, smooth and fill

  • energize the body

  • lymphatic drainage

  • detox

There are so many other possibilities with Dien Chan.

Want to try Dien Chan but not sure what we should work on?  You can add Face Reflexology to your Foot Reflexology appointment and I can do a mini treatment that will help detox the body, get the lymph flowing and leave you feeling relaxed.
