Raising Gua Sha is the process of rubbing tools over the skin to bring blood flow to the surface. Facial Gua Sha is gentle but it will bring blood flow to the surface of the skin, promote lymphatic drainage and help smooth out lines and wrinkles. It also can help release muscle tension with can help with TMJ, bruxism, headaches and even sinus congestion.
