It's back to work now, after a gorgeous long Victoria Day weekend. The sun was shining, it was warm and the sandals were dug out of the closet. Now that sandal season is here again, let's pay a bit of attention to our feet.

A lot of women and men like to go for pedicures this time of year and get our feet and toenails ready for summer but do we ever think about the pounding and pressure our feet endure daily.

Our feet carry us every day, sometimes by walking, sometimes by running, sometimes just dancing the night away and we don't often stop and think about the tension our daily activities can cause our feet. This daily pressure can often cause health issues throughout our bodies by causing blockages that impinge on muscles and nerves.
